What Is an Inlet Hole on a CCELL Cartridge?

CCELL Marketing 2018-12-25

One of the many things that CCELL is well-known to our customers for is the pure, smooth flavor our products create. Though the iconic ceramic heating elements play a pivotal role in the making of the magic, CCELL's products are not a "one-man show". Every little part of the cartridge matters.

Chances are, you've already noticed numerous small inlet holes at the bottom of the cylindrical metal screw barrel inside the cartridge. Here is how they contribute to making the amazing CCELL vaping experience whole:

As the name suggests, the inlet holes let oil in. After the cartridge is filled, they allow exactly the right amount of oil to reach the ceramic core. The amount of oil that gets vaporized each time affects the flavor and the entire user experience directly. If too much oil is let in, the overflow may cause suction leakage; if too little oil is let in, it may cause a burnt taste due to insufficient lubrication.

Different oils come at a variety of viscosities, so CCELL's R&D team went through rigorous research and numerous experiments to find the perfect size range for the inlet holes. Oils with a thicker texture require larger inlet holes for a better flow, and smaller inlet holes prevent more fluid oils from rushing in too quickly.

Currently, CCELL produces inlet holes at 5 different sizes: 1.2mm (diameter), 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, and 2.0mm. The size of the inlet holes can also be customized according to the oil's characteristics and your needs.

As Rome was not built in one day, the world-class quality and cutting-edge technology of CCELL did not come quickly or easily. It takes not only a great vision for the future and dedication to pursuing perfection, but also unwavering effort put into crafting every single detail to propel us forward.
